One-Time Purchases

 

  • Orders placed as a one-time purchase cannot be canceled once they have been processed and shipped.

 


Subscriptions

 

  • You may cancel, pause, or update your subscription at any time.

  • To make changes, log in to your account or contact us at support@himaxotic.com before your next billing date.

  • Any cancellations made after an order has been processed will take effect for the following billing cycle.

 


Refunds for Subscriptions

 

  • Refunds are not provided for subscription orders that have already been processed and shipped.

  • If you believe your subscription was billed in error, please contact our support team for assistance.
